The Underground PA is proud to announce the winner of the Winter 2016 Andreas Robbins Scholarship.
“I am Christianne Karefa-Johnson, aka DoNormaal, a 24 yr old artist from California based in Seattle. I started recording, releasing, and performing music two years ago. I released my first project, ‘DoNormaal EP’ in June 2014 and my first full-length, ‘Jump or Die’ in November 2015.
My style is experimental and genre-bending but heavily rooted in hip hop. It combines elements of trap, electronic, pop, grunge, and emotional music.
I’m looking forward to a hands-on experience and actively making music with the mentors.”
